Tim Cassidy, CEO and President - As President and Principal of G.C. Mgmt., Inc, Mr. Cassidy has been a co-developer and/or lead consultant in the development of fifteen healthcare facilities valued at nearly $200,000,000. He has been an Owner/Operator/Manager for health care facilities with 100-300+ employees in California, New Jersey and three other states. Mr. Cassidy is the President of Senior Consulting, LLC, a company that consults nationwide for renewable energy and sustainable ventures, including over 20 solar companies. Senior Consulting, LLC has an equity interest in NECO Energy Solutions, LLC, with wind farms in development in CO and MT. Mr. Cassidy also is co-founder of Sustainable Options, LLC, a biomass firm with projects in CA and FL. Mr. Cassidy believes solar is the most accessible and readily available renewable energy option for the masses. Mr. Cassidy attended Rutgers University and has three children.
Byron Larson, SVP Development and Technical Support – Mr. Larson is President and Co-Founder of Toltec Energy and Toltec International Inc. Mr. Larson has 24 years of experience in renewable energy and medical device industries and is named on four U.S. patents. This experience includes engineering and management roles for international and multi-site project teams with primary locations in the U.S., Italy, Germany, Hungary, and Sweden. Mr. Larson is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado (PE #27413). He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Roy Hovland, SVP Engineering- Mr. Hovland is VP and Co-Founder of the Toltec Companies. His experience has spanned 21 years in the medical device and renewable energy industries. He is named on seven U.S. patents. Industry experience includes lead technical roles and project management roles for international and multi-site project teams with primary locations in the U. S., Italy, Germany, Hungary, and Sweden. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Mark Rust, SVP of Finance - Mr. Rust spent 16 years in the Corporate Finance group at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., a regional investment banking firm. While at Ferris, he worked on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory projects. In 2006 he joined Montgomery & Rust, Inc. as a Principal where he successfully transitioned a family owned home building business to the next generation of leadership. He is actively involved in a variety of community philanthropic activities such as Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh, where he is a Board Member and Treasurer. He has served as Trustee of The Rust Foundation and currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He earned his BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester. He currently resides in Pittsburgh.

A regular speaker at green events and asustainability consultant, he lays out the greatest green opportunities of our time, the business case for sustainability, and how people from every background can do the right thing for themselves and for our planet by building a successful and profitable green business. He lives with his family in San Diego with a hybrid car, solar panels, compost heap, and compact fluorescent bulbs. Mr. Croston received his Ph.D. in biology from UC San Diego.
